FEES

Article 11 of the National Rules of Professional Conduct for Attorneys sets forth
specific rules regarding fees.
Thus, “fees are determined in accordance with established practice, taking into
account the client’s financial circumstances, the complexity of the case, the expenses
incurred by the attorney, the attorney’s reputation, and the attorney’s diligence. A
lawyer handling a case may request fees from his or her client even if the case is
withdrawn before its conclusion, to the extent of the work performed.”

Fees are set in consultation with clients, and no invoicing takes place without
prior agreement and discussion.
